Account Creation and Rate Posting

There is no charge to create an account with Shoptherate.ca. This information is used to help us complete your requests, communicate information with you and to connect visitors with your services. Upon creating an account, you will have the ability to create and post your rates on Shoptherate.ca. Once approved these rates will go live on the site and be displayed to visitors.

 

Lead Submissions

By agreeing to post your rates on Shoptherate.ca you are agreeing to allow visitors to contact you for further details and information regarding your products and/or services. Shoptherate.ca will bill you for each successful submission of a lead that is transferred to you from Shoptherate.ca. Billing occurs on a monthly basis and is calculated by the number of lead submissions multiplied by the per lead charge. For example 20 Leads x $40 per lead = $800 total charge, plus any applicable taxes. You may contact us for details on the per lead charge for your specific service and offering.

 

Approvals

Prior to setting your rates live, Shoptherate.ca will approve your information and rates. You will not be billed or receive any leads until your rates have been set live on Shoptherate.ca. This may take 1-2 business days.

 

Refunds or Credits

Shoptherate.ca cannot and does not guarantee that a lead submission will purchase or contract your product and/or services once the lead is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to contact and communicate with your potential customers in a timely manner when a lead is transferred to you. In instances where a lead is deemed to be fake, inaccurate or a duplicate within the last 30 days; a credit or refund may be requested within 3 days of receiving the lead.

By creating an account with Shoptherate.ca you agree to these terms and conditions. Shoptherate.ca reserves the right to change, modify, cancel or terminate these terms and any related charges at any time.
